Charities “Wasting” Money On Staff Unconscious Bias Training

Some of the UK’s biggest charities have been criticised for spending donations on “unconscious bias” training for staff. Companies pay for courses, often delivered online, where staff are taught to accept that even though they don’t think so, they are in fact inherently racist. The Red Cross and The Alzheimer’s Society are among the charities throwing away public donations on this utter nonsense.

The government scrapped it last year. Previously civil servants had to undergo it, but ministers rightly deemed it a waste of money. The Telegraph newspaper said today that as many as 120 charities are sending staff on courses that will make them aware of their bias. Speaking to The Telegraph, the MP Ben Bradley said:

“Whether they are ticking a diversity box or showing how lovely they are, that money really should be put toward the purpose of the charity. I hope in future that if charities waste the money people donate on things like this then the Government will be able to step in.”

In response, Corinne Mills, director of people and organisational development at Alzheimer’s Society, said:

“Unconscious bias training, offered online only, is one of a number of modules provided to the whole workforce aimed at increasing awareness, skills and confidence on equality, diversity and inclusion. We offer this core training as part of our wider commitment to ensure we have an inclusive workplace that demonstrates respect and values diversity.”

Core training. Gimme a break. What a load of tosh. Lewis Feilder, writing in The Spectator last August said;

We should be worried that firms are seeking to reprogramme their employees’ trains of thought, often through mandatory training, in which the refusal to participate would result in disciplinary action. When delivered by an amateur (and the people teaching these courses are not clinical psychologists), meddling with someone’s subconscious is like sticking a screwdriver into an aircraft engine and waggling it about in the hope it might fix something. We should be very worried about a corporate culture which encourages employers to tinker with their employees’ psyches in whatever manner they see fit, particularly when driven by pseudoscience they barely understand.

I think that it might be part of an agenda to gaslight the population. Telling people that they are subconsciously biased or racist is one part of it. I’ve explored this on The Richie Allen Show. Government and media is constantly breaking us down by telling us we are racist, homophobic, transphobic, anti-Semitic, not inclusive enough, not diverse enough and on and on.

It’s psychological abuse. When you inflict this sort of emotional distress on an individual, it leaves them feeling worthless and helpless. The military does it to new recruits. The idea is to break the young private mentally and then build him/her back the way you want them to be, in the army’s case, a killer. It’s not such a stretch to suggest that it can be used against the population. I think it has been going on for years.

Maybe, just maybe, it goes some way to explaining why the public rolled over and accepted the tyranny of lockdown. Maybe we’re not mentally equipped to stand up to our totalitarian governments as we’ve been stripped of the ability to recognise what is happening. I know that identity politics plays a big part here too, something else I have covered extensively on the radio show.

I formerly worked Civil Service briefly for PIP and they made us do this kind of god awful brainwashing training! Its absolute BS and so PC its puke worthy. It was a total waste of tax payers cash to sit CS staff down for 100s of hours full paid online BS courses like this. Benefits the public not one smegging jot! It all needs scrapping and clearly from the Common Purpose/Tavistock style NLP reframing! Garbage 1000%. CS staff should be serving the damn public, not learning nonsense at vast expense. Government are suposed to SERVE US too, and now they are criminal treasonous terrorist scum that all need banging up for life over the massive crime against humanity that the COVID FRAUD is and the WAR CRIMES of the JABS that are clearly lethal to many people. The extent of JAB damage that is going to occur and future mutations and more, is truly a genocide in the making by uneccessary needles.

I genuinely had a weird dream about Donald Trump last night, he was at my child hood/family home, feeling jet lagged and I was assuring him he was okay and not to worry. Really, really strange and I can remember it clearly. Am I an unconscious domestic terrorist with potential of insurrection-like behaviour or pretty screwed up with the diatribe that’s being blasted into my skull of late.

You should worry, I had a vivid weird as feck dream of Biden! I stole his laptop and he was wearing all this weird make up to appear on TV. Its was truly frightening and sickening to be anywhere that blatantly creepy, fraudulent, Pedodent of the United States. Wish I had managed to dream of getting him banged up over his laptop content! That’s one messed up crime family, just like the Clintons and Obombas. All of due Gitmo!.

I feel slightly better!

Richie I had to go to a one on one interview on this subject at a place I used to work, I walk in there’s a white guy sitting at a desk, take a seat yer man says, I sit down and he asks me ” when you look at me what do you see “, I replied a prick, he asked what if I was a black man, I replied you would still be a prick, he took great offence at this and my boss was called and he berated me for my disrespectful attitude, I told him I didn’t know what he was talking about, it must have been my unconscious mind that had took over and made these disgusting remarks, my boss suggested I go back in start the interview again in a conscious state, so back in I go take my seat and again he asks ” when you look at me what do you see “, I replied a PRICK.

Stepan

Brilliant!
Martin you are a legend, and speaking your mind is all it takes these days to become a legend, hence you’re a dying breed.

Disgraceful times we are in.

It wasn’t a true story Stepan, just trying to bring a bit of humour to a depressing subject for all concerned, but if that scenario had ever happened that’s how it would have probably went down.

Stepan

Thanks Martin, i’ll get up to speed as quick as i can with the banter and wit on here, i’ve been living in Australia for too long! What’s even funnier with my exuberance is that i relayed your ‘story’ to an employee of an alcohol retailer and he pissed himself laughing!

Kathy

Oh Martin, you make me laugh. I think I’m the female version of you as I don’t take any prisoners either. Keep strong.

Craig

I’m not in favour of the idea of government stepping in if charities waste money donations. Media should expose the charities that do this and then leave it up to the paying public to decide how to act.
More government intervention is exactly what got us into the current problem.

Craig

Ms Mills’ response could easily have been read from a screen in the way that call centre staff read their spiel. I say this because I recognise the words from several companies I have worked for.
Companies that speak of ‘values’ when they actually mean ‘legal requirement’. Companies that use buzzwords like ‘dignity’ and ‘respect’ while viewing their staff, not as personnel as they once did, but as human resources (ie, in the same way as oil or wood) – something to be used, exploited, and then cast aside when it is deemed flawed or faulty.
And this is the model that is viewed as ‘socially just’? Don’t make me laugh – I might not stop.
