Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has claimed that Scotland is facing a “tsunami of infections” and faces a “renewed and very severe challenge” from the recently discovered omicron variant.
Sturgeon claimed that Scotland is currently seeing the fastest possible exponential growth in cases. She stated that Scotland’s R number may rise to above 2 due to the variant.
Sturgeon is a liar. Would that I could console myself in the belief that treacherous cretins like her will face a day of reckoning one day soon. I’m not sure that she will, not in this life anyway.
The poison dwarf announced this morning that there would be changes to self-isolation guidelines for Scotland.
She said that from tomorrow, all household contacts of any Covid cases should isolate for 10 days, regardless of vaccination status and even if they initially get a negative PCR test.
She also urged Scots to immediately cancel all Christmas parties.
Scotland reported 5,018 positive cases of coronavirus yesterday. According to Sturgeon:
“Now, this is one day’s figures, but as you can see it is a sharp rise on the average of around 2,800 per day that that we have been reporting recently.It underlines our fear that a new wave may indeed be starting.
The fact is, we do face a renewed and very severe challenge in the face of the new omicron variant. To be blunt, because of the much greater and faster transmissibility of this new variant, we may be facing – indeed we may be starting to experience – a potential tsunami of infections.”
Sturgeon, Drakeford, Johnson, Macron, Biden and the rest of the tyrants will not be stopped by jumping on Twitter or Facebook and sloganeering. Anyone can jump on social media and declare this to be tyrannical. And then what?
Twitter in particular amuses me. Some years ago, I said that the platform was a type of online kettling. In the real world, kettling is a form of crowd control. Police officers surround a group of protesters and contain them in place until they are good and ready to let them go.
The protesters shout and chant, but eventually they pack up and go home, when they are permitted to do so. Sound a bit like Twitter eh?
You might say that Tweeters are free to log-off any time they want, but that’s bullshit. Most people are reaching for their phones several hundred times a day to check for likes and retweets. It’s more addictive than smoking.
Truthers, Z-list celebrities and wannabes Tweet millions of times a day about the tyranny of lockdowns and jab mandates and the establishment grins. You are exactly where they want you to be.
They gave you Twitter for times like these. It stings a little doesn’t it? No-one wants to hear this. Suck it up. It’s true.
Accruing followers and retweets will not depose the tyrants who are pushing The Great Reset. It’s going to take a lot more than that.
Time is quickly running out though.
