Hi folks. I’ve got adrenal burnout which is why I wasn’t on-air yesterday. I’m completely wiped out. I’m having healing this morning which will see me right.
Producing five live shows a week alone is exhausting. Ask Jeananne Crowley. Jeananne presented national radio. She’ll tell you how difficult it is.
Anyway, it’s no big deal. It just crept up on me is all. I’ll be back at the weekend if not before. I just need to breathe.
