Speaking to Talk TV this morning, Oxford Professor Carl Heneghan told Julia Hartley-Brewer that he never wants to be locked down again.
Today is the third anniversary of the first Covid-19 lockdown.
Heneghan is a critical care doctor and Professor of Evidence Based Medicine at Oxford University.
He said that laws should be passed to prevent a few people having serious control over all of our lives.
Heneghan was an outspoken critic of lockdowns from the outset.
He was effectively banned from appearing on most UK TV and radio stations.
Three years ago, Boris Johnson announced the first Covid lockdown.
