Sarah Vine is a Daily Mail columnist. She’s also married to government minister Michael Gove. Yes, that Michael Gove, the man tasked by Boris Johnson with looking into introducing vaccine passports for domestic use.
Vine is a fishwife. Writing in today’s Daily Mail, she had a pretty blunt message for those of us who wouldn’t touch a covid injection with a bargepole. She said: “You are stupid. Weapons-grade stupid, in fact.”
Stupid? That’s high praise indeed from a woman who once mistakenly sent an email to a member of the public that was meant for her husband. The email contained an instruction to Gove, not to back Boris Johnson’s bid to lead the Tories, unless Johnson assured him that he would be awarded with a top gig.
Yes, Vine sent it to a member of the public who leaked it to the press. Now that’s weapons-grade stupidity.
Vine has joined a number of prominent UK journalists in preemptively blaming the unvaccinated, for delaying a return to normality. Others will follow. It’ll be all the rage before long. She wrote today:
After months in lockdown, our capital city is starting to open up again. And with that awakening will come jobs, hope and happiness. Yet all this is now in question because people won’t listen to sense.
Instead of being able to see that the vaccine is our way out of this nightmare, the anti-vaxxers, emboldened in no small part by nonsense they read on the internet, have somehow convinced themselves it’s actually the problem.
Honestly, it’s like being offered an antibiotic for a septic toe and deciding you’d rather have your leg amputated because you once read something about penicillin being a bit bad for your gut flora.
Except it’s worse, because having a leg cut off is not contagious. Covid is; and unless we are prepared to risk goodness knows how many more deaths in pursuit of that natural herd immunity, the vaccine is our only chance of getting back to some form of normality.
So I’m totally on the side of Lord (Andrew) Lloyd-Webber when he says refusing the jab is no better than drink-driving.
Oh dear, Sarah. You see, the vaccinated are amongst the most hopelessly stupid people on God’s green earth. They rage at us, because we have the good sense not to be injected by toxic pus and shit that is already proving to be deadly. It really is deadly. It’s killing tens of thousands of people here in the UK, in the US and elsewhere.
I say hopelessly stupid, because their enemy is not us. We’ve done them no harm. By refusing the toxic shit, we are not doing anyone any harm. The straw-haired, gelatinous goon currently residing in Number 10 is their real enemy. Him and that wet fart Hancock.
They told them that when the most vulnerable were jabbed, they would cry freedom and the world would go back to normal. They lied. They always lie. Direct your anger where it belongs Sarah, at your hapless midget husband and his tyrannical mates in cabinet.
